Please tell us when your company was founded and some of its history.
Gincident.co.za was founded in latter months of 2019. We recognised the need for an online liquor store, so we decided to throw caution to the wind, and Gincident was born. While we have an array of alcoholic beverages for consumers to enjoy, our passion is Gin and our pride and joy is the multi-award winning Dragon’s Keeper Gin.
What makes your product unique?
Dragon’s Keeper Gin is distilled with juniper berries and infused with Asian guava, buchu and rooibos. All these ingredients combined result in an elegant and robust drink.
How is Dragon’s Keeper fermented and distilled?
Dragon’s Keeper Gin is distilled and fermented the same way every time to ensure the integrity of the product. The other spirits available on Gincident.co.za are sourced from independent suppliers and are crafted according to their company’s specific procedures.

What is your philosophy regarding the making of spirits?
When making Dragon’s Keeper our philosophy is simply to create a gin that highlights the fruits of mother nature’s labour. We extract the organic flavour of each ingredient to ensure a top-quality product.
